I work on state estimation problems and time series analysis — building and maintaining systems that reason about uncertain, evolving processes. In my spare time I explore Algebraic Topology and Topological Data Analysis, looking for the structural shape hiding inside data.

• State estimation — online algorithms for tracking latent system state from noisy observations
• Time series analysis — modelling and forecasting with Python and AWS
• Topological Data Analysis — applying persistent homology and algebraic topology to real datasets
